At HAZINA, we stand behind the quality and purity of every product we formulate. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at [hello@hazinas.com] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, except in cases of damage or defect.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Sale Items All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
