At Hazina, every order is prepared with care and intention. We want you to feel confident and supported from the moment you place your order.

SHIPPING

Each Hazina product is crafted in small batches and thoughtfully prepared before shipment.

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details
  • At this time, we ship within the United States only
  • Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our products are skincare and personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll gladly assist you.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
